The entire front of this skull is carved with intricate baroque patterns, swirls and flourishes extending to the temples. The carvings culminate in a large skull facing forwards in front of a crucifix, two smaller skulls facing to the sides below. Cast in high-quality resin before being expertly hand-painted, the design gives this unfortunate soul a final flourish.
