Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

Standard delivery is £5.99 (unless stated otherwise). Deliveries take up to 10-14 working days. Some of our products are stocked in our warehouse & other products will be ordered specially from our suppliers. If your item is going to take longer you will receive an email with further details.

We only deliver to UK mainland (excl. Ireland). If you live outside this area, please contact us to see if our courier will deliver to you & we can get a price on this service for you.

We require a Mobile Number & Email for our courier who may contact you on the day of dispatch, we cannot give specific time of delivery. Deliveries are made between 7:30 - 18:30. If you miss the delivery they will leave a calling card. Please note: After 2 failed attempts the item will be returned to our warehouse & further charges will be applied.

Larger Items

Please allow a delivery time of up to 8-12 weeks for large furniture items. If you need the item before a certain date please contact us before you order.

Made to Order & Edge Sculptures

If the product is Made to Order, in some cases we will already have some in stock so we can dispatch straight away. If not, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about readily available stock.

The Edge Sculptures Collection are all handmade. We have some models ready to dispatch straight away, however, in most cases please allow up to 5-8 weeks for delivery. If you require any further information regarding the Edge Collection or readily available stock, please contact us.

Day of Delivery

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect each item carefully to check for damage caused in transit. We inspect each item before we dispatch & every item is sent out in perfect condition. It's your responsibility to check each item upon receipt & reject if it has been damaged in transit. 
The delivery staff will request that you sign a form confirming the items are in good condition. Once you have signed, the insurance cover ceases. If your item is damaged you must notify us within 24hrs so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns Policy

All items can be returned within 14 days in an unopened, unused condition & in the original packaging, for a full refund. The postage cost is down to the buyer.  For damaged items we are happy to refund postage costs UP TO £9.99 with proof of postage. 

Please write "REFERENCE: Customer Return" clearly on the packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds take 1-10 working days to be processed once requested. The length of time for the money to appear in your bank once processed will depend on your bank provider.

Note:  EDGE Sculptures are exchange or credit only (unless damaged in transit), due to the nature of them being made-to-order.
