Delivery Policy



The majority of our products are stocked in our warehouse and will be delivered within 10 working days however please allow up to 14 working days in some cases

In some cases our products are made to order for example the Edge collection these are all hand made some are limited edition and have a wait time of 3 weeks. If we have the stock they will be dispatched straight away if not please allow up to 4 weeks for the delivery. Please call 01132390777 if you require further information reg the Edge collection.

We only deliver to UK mainland. If you live outside this area, please contact us to see if our courier will deliver to you and we can get a price on this service. 

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect each item carefully to check for damage caused in transit. We inspect each item before we dispatch and every item is sent out in perfect condition. It's your responsibility to check each item upon receipt and reject if it's been damaged in transit. 
The delivery staff will request that you sign a form confirming the items are in good condition. Once you have signed, the insurance cover ceases. If your item is damaged you must notify us within 24hrs so we can arrange a replacement.

All items can be returned within 14 days in an unopened unused condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. The postage cost is down to the buyer so please contact us for a returns reference number before sending any items  as these will not be accepted and could result in a delay for refund.
We strongly advise that you send items back on a tracked service as we can't be liable for any lost returns.   

We require a mobile number and email for our courier who may contact you on the day of dispatch, we cannot give specific time of delivery it will be between 7:30 - 18:30 and if you miss the delivery they will leave a calling card. Please note: After 2 failed attempts the item will be returned to our warehouse and further charges will be applied.
